Many years have gone by, and Seth still enjoys the intricacies and problem-solving aspects of programming, especially pushing the edges of what should be possible. He has worked at a variety of different positions, ranging from data radio manufacturer to a staff member at a children's museum to web application development. Seth spends his spare time dancing and blacksmithing.
Ever the eclectic, Rob has pursued a variety of interests. A published folk music composer and martial arts instructor for 7 years, Rob began by studying Geology and Ecology in college, followed by a masters degree in education and a qualification to teach secondary Earth Science. He worked for a few years as a geologist at an environmental engineering firm; and worked for quite a few years as a carpenter, contractor, and woodworker, ultimately running his own contracting business. An opportunity to try his hand at CAD draftsmanship led him away from the jobsite and into the office where he worked as a draftsman for a few years. This, in turn, led to a deep interest in computers, programming, and system administration where he happily remains riveted to this very day. He is ecstatic to be the father of two and the husband of one.
Taking the long road home... Matt studied environmental sciences with focus on natural resources management in college; worked for the State of Vermont in forestry and later in engineering. Along the way, he worked in the skiing industry and also operated his own custom tile setting business. The son of an electrician, Matt always had a hand in the construction trades with his head in the clouds. "Specification writing has proved to be a never-ending exercise in putting the physical world to word, a challenge I look forward to every day". When he's not surfing a desk, Matt enjoys outdoor recreation of all sorts with his wife and friends.
